Q. Why are flags on the SuperStar web pages?

A. The flags of various countries are links to a translation service that we provide visitors to each of the SuperStar web sites. Click on any of the flags and we will quickly translate that particular page from English into the native language of the country's flag that you chose.

Q. What does “Resize Text” do and why?

A. “Resize Text” is a special feature on the SuperStar web sites that allows our visitors to adjust the size of the text on our web pages. Pressing the up arrow will increase the font size, while the down arrow will make it smaller.

This is helpful for people with difficulty reading the default font size of our pages, and for users who may be viewing the web pages from a greater distance than normal (e.g. multiple players on our game pages).

Q. Why can't I see a graphic below the words “SuperStar Partner Ad”?

A. This is an error caused by our being unable to deliver a SuperStar Partner ad. This typically occurs when someone has ad blocking software turned ON in their browser or 3rd party software.

We recommend visiting our Browser Compatibility Center for a free system check and the option to install free enhancements and upgrades.

Q. Why are there no graphics or links in the center of the Community Partners pages?

A. There actually are graphics and links in the center of the Community Partner pages - but there are a couple of reason why you can't see them.

First, be sure that you have JavaScript installed and enabled (turned on) on your computer. We recommend visiting our Browser Compatibility Center for a free system check and the option to install free enhancements and upgrades.

Second, check to confirm that ad blocking software is not stopping the graphics from loading. This blocking can occur within your Browser and/or third party software such as Symantec's Norton. We recommend turning-off these ad blocking feature(s) while visiting the SuperStar site(s) and others with a comprehensive Privacy Policy if you wish to view and access the special offers available through these links.

Q. What does the following error mean:
“Incomplete delivery of our page content”?

A. This error message pops up when the web page is unable to deliver content that requires JavaScript on the local computer.

Q. What is Flash and why do I need it?

A. The SuperStar web sites contain “dynamic” information and activities for our guests and members. This exciting content requires the use of a FREE program from Adobe (formerly Macromedia) called “Flash”, a company you may already be familiar with.
